Episode 21:
Peep that tennis racket.
Today’s the day! I woke up ready to film, giant Peep by my side. First episode of the season woohoo! I’m getting better at picking up props in the moment, any given day. Filing it away in the back of my mind then pulling it out for the perfect occasion months later. Walked to a nearby Goodwill. Going in I knew I needed some kind of stage because I wasn’t about to smash a giant marshmallow right on the floor. Custodian nightmare. The tennis racket was a thrifting bonus. Unintentionally looks like grinding sausage meat.

If someone told me I’d be aspiring to acting, comedy and porn when I was younger, I would have laughed in their face. Me? Little, ugly, self-conscious me? Never.

Nearing my 30’s, yes I’m older than I look.

Here we are.

Fascinated.

Acting isn’t about looking good, memorizing lines. It’s about learning people, embodying another perspective fully, literally living in the moment. How would they react? How do I react? What do I say as a result? The script is a guideline.

I’m alive! I’m alive! Moaning like a whore. The louder I groan, the more I get into it. A tasty cycle. I hate chewing raw sugar. Rub my feet not my teeth. Don’t forget to floss for a whiter smile.

Saying things like, “Should I turn around for you?” Starting to address viewer directly.

I save the sticky monstrosity after filming. Preserve it in varnish. See Sensory Sculptures.

Feet washing was a separate soap commercial/video in S2. Now it is an extension of its coordinating episode. Better demonstration of process integration as well as seamless advertising. Opportunities for brand partnerships is a big focus.
